Tropic Thunder was funny enough where I didnt hate it. I giggled and guffawed a few times to make it worth going to see. I was amazed at the amount of stars in the movie. It was worth it to see Tom Cruise as a fat Jewish movie executive who dances to hard core hip hop. That was priceless. I loved all the actors in the movie except Ben Stiller. He is sooo unlikable and annoying. Why cant he just direct and stay out of the movies he makes? Anyway, this movie convinced me that Robert Downet Jr can fucking do anything! Just like his character in the movie he really is fucking amazing. He was actually one of the funnier characters along with Jack Black's druggie comedian. It was well cast I will give Ben Stiller that much. So all in all go see the movie. That way when I call someone Simple Jack you know why.

Ha ha hah !!!
Now that is a quote I can get behind. In fact I believe it is that way of thinking that gets me through the day.
Already we have made our plans for Screamfest...I have accepted the annual Halloween party invites and now I am looking for my costumes for the numerous events I see myself attending this year...I am such a nerd. Halloween is like a Goth New Year for me and all my friends!!! Yay!!! I cant wait. Me and the other girls from work are all scoping out and calling costumes. In other words I called Pirate!!! Or I called Dorothy!!! So now if you show up in the same costume , you better believe one of you is " going down" !
Anyway, I am trying to decide still on the outfits I want. I know I wont do the hooker for a day thing most girls do...or if I do I want to do it better.

The only thing I really, really dug were the Yeti's. They were fucking awesome!!!! The rest of the movie was okay. I would have gone in a different direction but I am not a director, no matter how much I like to tell people what to do.
Anyway, I didnt like the actress who played Evie. I did like Michelle Yeoh...I love her. She is just too amazing for words. No matter what she does she is so magnificently graceful and regal. I fee llike a clumsy toad whenever I watch her move on screen.Anyway, it was nice to see Russell Wong in a movie where he was not a side kick...oh no wait he was. He is the best friend, or best friend turned traitor in every movie I have seen him in. I like the new pilot in this film. He was funny as hell. So all in all it was an okay movie to pass a lazy Sunday. This week Tropic Thunder comes out. I hope I wont be disappointed...It looks funny but looks can be decieving. Anyway, Yeti's Rock!!!
While in Barnes & Noble bookstore yestday I ran across a book call the Gay Mans Manual. It was handed to me.Clearly it is for the newly gay.I know this because it gives instruction and pointers on everything like cruising, flirting and how to have anal sex , which I did not know required so much practice. I have to say though when I read it (I had to) I was surprised how much useful stuff was in there that we girls can use. I was most impressed with the " Blow Job" section. I read it and immediately I was tempted to try out my newfound bj knowledge. I didn't , but still. I was sorely tempted to. Can you imagine me running up to J and saying " pull your pants down real quick I have something I wanna try".
Anyway, I advise anyone who ever found themselves looking at the male appendage wondering " What the hell did he want me to do with that?" to read the book.
Anyone who just wants a few pointers or want to brush up on how to keep a guy interested and some fun grooming tips...check it out. It's a fast read. I finished it in less than a half hour. Ladies do not be ashamed to check out what a man has to say about pleasing another man. They know things....
I hope this day goes by fast...I dont feeel much like working today. But then that's the curse o Fridays I suppose. No one likes to work on a Friday. It's to awesome a day for work!

I don't need the story of apes and Eve to know what I am
I have people who give me a laundry list of all my greatest latest
underachievement's
I wear them all
my genus and family written out since you cant see my vestigial stumps under all this skin
and know me for what I am
amphibious
anthropomorphic and anachronistic
walking from the muck
breathing with exquisite lungs
the newest models black from cigarettes
slither past , slither past
I have alot of evolution to avoid
preferring to go the way of the Dodo
If only life could be
a little less unbearable
for me
Its really not much to ask
a chance for levity
to let loose this mask
A time for tea and warm wishes
a friendly chat
without vindictive bitches
I suppose I would like to be
a little more thin
for there is too much of me
Could I throw in a bit more cash?
or is that too much
for me to ask?
And while I am wishing till I am blue
it wouldn't hurt
to have a better you.....

Well, I went to Cinebistro to see Batman. While I loved the idea of a movie thearte that serves dinner and drinks I did not like the prices. I would do it again but not very often. As for Batman? I can say it is not my favorite Batman movie. I loved Heath Ledger's preformance but he was not very "Joker" like.As for the plot...I didnt really like it. There were 3 times I thought the movie was ending, but nope. I could not escape the dark Knights justice. I didnt like the way Bruce was whiny or the need for the Maggie Ghylenhall character. Why was she even in Batman? She sucked! The person wrote her dialogue sucked and what the fuck is wrong with Batmans voice? I wanted to reach into the screen and give him a cough drop. The only redeeming thing about the movie were the bad guys and the action. The action scenes were amazing.
Reccomendation: See it for the action scenes on the big screen. Dont be surprised if you leave feeling a little disappointed.
